The products at different development phases are as follows:
Starter for malolactic fermentation
The strain of Oenococcus oeni isolated from the Abadía Retuerta winery is the basis for this product which will be marketed in 2012. It is currently being evaluated in the 2011 harvest with our collaborators to analyze its distinctive potential.
Natural preservatives for the meat sector
This project consists in the search for and characterization of extracts capable of inhibiting the growth of Gram positive bacteria on meat-based substrates.
