Ingredientes para 4 personas.
- 200 g de acelga
- 1 pequeño calabaza
- 1/2 remolacha Chioggia
- 1 Merzer® (queso)
- 10 cl de crema liquida
- Pimienta a la parrilla
Raclette Vegetariana
- Lave, pele y cocine al vapor todas las verduras mientras las mantiene firmes.
- Cortar todas las verduras y queso cocidos en tiras.
Precaliente el horno a 210° C (artículo 7).
- En un plato gratinado, coloque la acelga picada, coloque las otras verduras en ella, alternando con el queso, como un tian. Vierta la crema, la pimienta y colóquela en el horno durante unos minutos hasta que adquiera un ligero color.
- Pruebe de inmediato.
